Print Player Pass (need to bring to Try-outs)

Please head to www.cymsports.com and sign into your account to obtain your member pass, which grants your child authorization to participate with SMM. This information includes your household affiliation, primary affiliation, program year and offering that your child is participating in and serves as verification of eligibility. This must be provided to all coaches, prior to your first practice or participating in events.

• To obtain this, you can retrieve this after signing into your account through My Account > Enrollments, and selecting on the magnifying glass under Enrollment column for each participant.
• If SMM affiliation is not listed in your child's Player Pass, please contact the Boys Coordiantor ([email protected]) or the Girls Coordinator ([email protected])

For new accounts or new youth participating for the first time, information may take 1-5 business days to appear, including proper primary affiliation. During peak times of this year, this may take up to two weeks to be reviewed.

 

All registered youth must participate with their proper affiliated program, unless not offered at your parish or school. In the event of a dual-affiliation, please share this information with the SMM basketball coordinator, who will contact the CYM office to complete additional steps for placing your child on the appropriate team.
